Pariplay grows audience in U.S. courtesy of three-state content distribution deal with Golden Nugget

Pariplay has a multi-state content distribution agreement with Texas-based operator Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc.

Part of the Aspire Global Group, Pariplay's Fusion content aggregation solution will be available in the U.S. states of New Jersey, West Virginia and Michigan, where the provider recently obtained a temporary license as an online gambling provider. A successful launch, as usual, depends on pending legislation and regulatory approval.

The new partnership follows several strategic agreements the iGaming aggregator has made with its headquarters in Gibraltar, which has seen significant growth in the US market, where, according to one report, the value of the industry will reach a staggering $565 billion in 2022.

Performer Comments:

Commenting on the new partnership, Warren Stephen, vice president of product and operations for Golden Nugget Online Gaming, said.

"Pariplay is an experienced content provider with a long history of developing innovative and high-impact games for the iGaming industry. We are excited to partner with Pariplay as we continue to expand the delivery of quality content to our patrons."

For his part, Aspire Global CEO, Tsachi Maimon, explained that Pariplay "enjoyed a strong 2021, signing major partnerships in the U.S., Colombia and Greece in recent months."

The CEO noted that Golden Nugget Online Gaming "is a major brand in the U.S. with an impressive reach that will be strengthened after its acquisition by DraftKings."

U.S. push:

In November 2021, Aspire Global interest signed a distribution deal with BetMGM, the exclusive sports betting division of MGM Resorts International, giving the operator's players access to significant Pariplay content in regulated markets, including Michigan and New Jersey. The agreement follows last September when the provider obtained a full iGaming provider license in West Virginia after striking a similar deal with GAN in April 2021.

Pariplay made its U.S. debut in New Jersey in February 2021 through a partnership with iGaming and sports betting operator Rush Street Interactive.

In addition to its own games, the Aspire Global subsidiary combines thousands of other games on its successful Fusion platform from the industry's most prominent iGaming studios with partners such as Quickspin, iSoftBet, Microgaming, NetEnt and Evolution Gaming. Unified with a unified approach to content delivery, the platform is also equipped with a number of conversion, retention and bonus tools and is currently licensed in more than 16 regulated markets.
